In the meantime, we have discovered something very important concerning PIC registration and would like to bring it to your attention. When obtaining the ‘almighty’ PIC number ;) you may remember seeing in your confirmation email (sent to your mailboxes from ECAS web) that PIC is only TEMPORARY. Please go back to the email and read it carefully. When completing the application and inserting our PICs we noticed that most of our organisations were listed as OTHER whereas it should be "non-governmental organisation/association/social enterprise" or "public body" or "educational institution" (depending on your profile!) In order to comply with the rules, we’d like to ask you to complete the following actions ASAP and if not possible at least till Friday 21st March (as the deadline was extended till 24th March):   1. Am reuşit astăzi să finalizăm documentele necesare acreditării pentru a putea găzdui sau trimite voluntari EVS. Deşi aveam planuri să depunem acreditarea din 2013, ba chiar am completat toate formularele necesare, am decis să amânăm momentul până în 2014.  Comparativ cu anii anteriori, în Erasmus +, procedura e mai simplă pentru că totul se depune online. Totuşi am observat că în formular sunt mai multe secţiuni ce trebuie completate. Dacă nu aveţi niciun fel de experienţă în EVS, vă recomandăm să participaţi la un curs sau să vorbiţi cu o organizaţie experimentată, înainte de a completa formularul de acreditare. Sau poate doar să citiţi ghidul şi toate informaţiile de pe tinapse.ro . Noi am participat la numeroase cursuri, am discutat şi am experimentat EVSul cu organizaţii coordonatoare, am răsfoit ghidul şi tinapse până la epuizare... Primul termen limită a Programului Erasmus + este în luna martie, mai exact pe data de 17 martie 2014. Dar înainte de a aplica este nevoie să vă înregistraţi în baza de date a Comisiei Europene şi să primiţi un cod de înregistrare, numit "codul PIC".  Mai jos puteţi găsi un video despre cum se poate realiza această înregistrare: Noi am reuşit deja să înregistrăm organizaţia, aşadar o să încercăm să sintetizăm paşii pe care i-am urmat:  Deschide acest LINK şi completează datele cerute. Este recomandat ca înregistrarea să se realizeze de reprezentantul legal. După ce se creează contul reprezentantului, se va înregistra asociaţia AICI .  Va fi nevoie să completaţi date oficiale. Înregistrarea se face o singură dată. Puteţi salva oricând datele şi reveni la aplicaţie, însă o dată ce veţi da "submit" veţi obţine codul PIC al organizaţiei. Cu acest cod veţi putea aplica pentru 4 dintre programele Comisiei Europene.
