Proiecte Erasmus Plus în 2016
E final de an şi e timpul să evaluăm ce am realizat şi să întocmim raportul de activitate. Va fi cu siguranţă o provocare să facem un material scurt şi la obiect deoarece în 2015 am avut enorm de multe activităţi. Doar Centrul de Voluntariat, deschis în aprilie, cu ajutorul Fondului ONG, a generat mai mult de 200 de iniţiative şi evenimente.
Pe plan internaţional, în 2015, Asociaţia SUPER TINERI - ASIRYS a fost implicată în 25 de proiecte, organizate în 12 ţări, în care a trimis 103 participanţi din România. Organizaţia noastră a cooperat cu peste 130 de parteneri din Europa (dar nu numai), iar în 2016 vom avea cel puţin la fel de multe proiecte internaţionale.
Trebuie să menţionăm faptul că ASIRYS este printre puţinele asociaţii din România care nu percepe taxe de participare de la voluntarii, beneficiarii şi tinerii care îşi doresc să beneficieze de o mobilitate Erasmus Plus. La un calcul simplu, dacă am fi taxat cei 103 participanţi, cu câte 50 de euro, am fi obţinut suma de 5150 euro. În 2014 am trimis tineri în 26 de proiecte, iar în 2013, în 35, astfel că dacă ar fi să calculăm, am renunţat la mai bine de 15.000 euro. De ce? Recent am primit de la un lider local, întrebarea, la ce suntem noi buni, ca organizaţie, deoarece dumnealui nu e convins de utilitatea noastră în comunitate.
Pentru a avea 25 de proiecte, trebuie să comunici cu cel puţin 100 de organizaţii din Europa. Acest lucru presupune să le scrii emailuri, să le câştigi încrederea că eşti un partener serios şi că vei trimite participanţi activi, presupune să completezi mandate/acorduri de parteneriat, să le listezi şi să le semnezi, să publici apeluri pentru participanţi, să-i pregăteşti pe cei selectaţi, să trimiţi scanate şi/sau prin poştă documente, să faci faţă la situaţii de criză, să găseşti cele mai bune oferte de bilete de avion, autobuz, autocar, tren, să comunici permanent cu organizatorii, participanţii, părinţii, diriginţii, profesorii etc. cine, ce, când, unde, de ce, la ce; să diseminezi şi să stabileşti noi parteneriate.
Toate acestea am ales să le facem voluntar, fără a aştepta să fim plătiţi şi este doar una dintre metodele noastre de a contribui la dezvoltarea oraşului Tîrgu Frumos şi prin aceasta, la dezvoltarea României. Se vor întoarce sau nu în organizaţie beneficiile, nu e important, însă cu siguranţă comunitatea a câştigat în numeroase feluri. Experienţele tinerilor care au plecat prin proiectele noastre sunt inestimabile. Doar prin faptul că tineri din toată lumea au auzit de Tîrgu Frumos şi mulţi dintre prietenii noştri, fie ei din Azerbaijan, Mexic, Armenia, Germania sau Tenerife, vor să ne viziteze, rezumă potenţialul şi resursele dobândite.
În această postare, ne-am propus (aşa cum am făcut şi în 2015, AICI) să publicăm proiectele ce sunt aprobate şi în care vom trimite, în 2016, participanţi români. Oricine poate aplica pentru a merge în proiectele noastre, trebuie doar ne propună şi să realizeze o acţiune de voluntariat pentru Tîrgu Frumos, oraşul pe care ne-am propus ca prin voluntariat, creativitate şi educaţie nonformală, să-l transformăm într-o capitală culturală.
1. Schimb de tineri "Understand Neighbours Integration Through European Dances", 16-24 februarie 2016, Fasano, Italia, 5 participanţi
There are 8 Erasmus Plus programme countries involved (Italy, Poland, Macedonia, Lithuania, Greece, Romania, Spain and Croatia) and each partner will send 4 participants and 1 youth leader, for a total of 32 participants and 8 youth leaders.
The youth exchange aims to support young people to build mutual understanding of different cultures and will raise awareness of the rich world of dances in Europe. Dance is a tool used to convey very effectively and powerfully a hidden message in the movements.
This time it will be used as a tool to break taboos and prejudices among the youth and to strengthen the relationships among them. UNITED has a strong intercultural learning aim fostering the understanding of European diversity. We are committed to ensure that a
strong effect of the project is reinforcing the civic attitudes of the participants and their awareness of how it is important today's understanding of origins and reflection on identity.
The project will contribute to find new contacts, create group work dynamic and will teach participants how to solve problems encountered (in terms of intercultural learning).
2. Training scriere de proiecte, 21-28 February 2016, 2 participanţi, Vrsac, Serbia
3. "SET UP" - proiect strategic, 15 participanţi din România
Time table:
- Three days meeting in Romania (we will plan activities and make a draft of international training “Set up your social enterprise”).
- In Slovenia we start to create local program, form group of young people and start with coaching.
- Together we start to create international training.
- We test international training in Romania.
- We continue with the program “From idea to product” and lead young people through the whole process of creating social enterprise.
- Partners meet in Slovenia in order to evaluate the project and put together material for both programs (local and international) in other to be used in the future by the partners and other organizations.
4. Schimb de tineri "Do Sport", aprilie 2016, Berkovitsa, Bulgaria, 6 participanţi
The project aims to address the young people of the importance of sport in everyday life. Nowadays, sports are often neglected and become secondary task , due to lack of time. We hope that, through practical activities we can encourage young people to an active lifestyle. We also want to show how easily everyone can perform easy and simple excercises every day, without giving up on the other tasks and duties.Thanks to the cultural exchanges we hope that we can improve the knowledge of the participants about other cultures and to refute all the false common stereotypes. Each group will have the opportunity to present their homeland, culture and tradition during the national evenings, which will be organized every day with the purpose of improving the knowledge of other cultures. The work in small mixed groups will have the positive impact on the development of cooperation skills and building tolerance and respect, not only between nations who are taking active parts , but also on the other from the outside. Thanks to the diligent selection of those who will take part in the exchange, the participants will work on tasks related to their intrests. This will have a positive impact on their commitment and will give an opportunity for more in-depth analysis of issues related to sports. Our goal is also the inclusion of disadvantaged young people, which often because of material status or place of residence have a very little chances to participate in such actions. The exchange will take place in rural areas, which will further enable the young people to learn all about perpectives of people with fewer opportunities and of course, how to oppose them. We are also hoping to activate the local community to participate in various projects. We will try to engage the local community in general excerices and to encourage them to the realization of other activities. We believe that our actions will inspire actions in return.
Objectives of the exchange:
-Participation of the young people by active work in the establishment of the exchange
-Including disadvantaged youth – getting knowledge of the situation of young people coming from rural areas, and a better understanding of their problems
-Minimizing the stereotypes about young people coming from small towns or rural areas.
-Sport as a tool to enchance a healthy lifestyle , social inclusion and active participation of young people using sport excercies in youth work
-Cultural diversity – to promote mutual understanding between nations
-Formation of relationships and promoting the intercultural dialogue
5. TC 'Together for Rural Youth Entrepreneurship' - 10/04 - 17/04/ 2016, Serbia, Sombor 3 participanţi
